Deposits & Payments
Your check or credit card payment in the amount of $350 per person confirms your space and selected cabin category. A second deposit of $500 per person is due August 31, 2007 and final payment is due no later than October 31, 2007.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. The following per person penalties will apply to your total cruise price:

Through August 31, 2007 $350 per person
Sept 1 - Oct 31, 2007 $500 per person
Nov 1 - Dec 21, 2007 50%
On or after Dec 22, 2007 100%

These penalties apply in addition to any non-refundable airline tickets that you have purchased. Trip Cancellation Insurance/Medical Insurance is available and highly recommended.

RESTRICTIONS
Carnival Cruise Lines will not accept women who are 27+ weeks into their pregnancy. Carnival Cruise Lines will not accept guests under the age of 21 unless they accompanied by an adult age 25+ in the same cabin or traveling with their parents in an adjoining cabin.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: For US Citizens a valid passport is required. A copy of your passport and emergency contact details must be provided to Isle Inn Tours. Non US Citizens need to check with the relevant embassies.

PRE-NIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS:
The pre-night accommodation in 2007 was a huge success. Similar arrangements will be made in Miami. Details will be posted shortly.

RESPONSIBILITY: Each of the named Artists and performers appearing and advertised as performing for this cruise is under contract with Isle Inn Tours. Should illness, injury, death or emergency prevent an artist from performing, every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement. In the event that suitable alternative musicians are not found, normal cruise line cancellation will apply to passengers canceling within 75 days of departure.
